![]() My system will not allow a screenshot if I have a pop-out menu option open, or list box list open, sub-menu, or some mouse over messages disappear when you first hit printscreen, etc. Tip2: Most screen shot programs have a setting called "Delay" which is super convenient for taking pictures of pop-up, or pop-out menus, messages, list boxes, etc. Info: Uploading a screenshot, image, or images to this forum I would need screenshot(s) of all the available sensors from the sensor list box (might take more than one screenshot).įYI / Tip1: When you paste a remote link to a picture, highlight the link, click "rimg" in the forum's toolbar when posting or replying, or click the "rimg" before pasting the link, and the image should appear in your post or reply after submitting it. I cannot tell from your screenshot if there are more sensors available in the list box of sensors which might include CPU's, or if any of those represents your CPUs, doesn't look like it though. Maybe installing "Psensor" will help even if you do not use psensor in your system tray. I am assuming you installed "lm-sensors", and hddtemp, any other relevant sensors to your system from the "Synaptic Package Manager (SPM)", search for "sensors" (maybe "iio-sensor-proxy", maybe for you "amd64-microcode"). I still need to see the results of your "inxi -Fxzd" command. I only have 2 core processor, but you have an 8 core one, and I had to add an entry for each sensor I wanted displayed which looked better than the "group" option. I changed it to use Fahrenheit vs Celsius on mine. With Desktop widgets, just right click the widget, or click and hold your mouse button over the widget to see options, including settings, resizing, moving, etc. You have to go into the Thermal Monitor Widget's Settings to add sensors, see screenshot. I found this "Thermal Monitor" widget is too large for my system tray panel, so I removed it from the tray panel and right clicked my desktop to add this widget to my desktop, and it looks great. Psensor Updated With Option To Display Temperature Sensors On The Panel Updated: April 20, 2016 These links have good instructions on installing and configuring sensors. I have been using Psensor (also nice) from the Synaptic Package Manager (SPM). This reply is with my Linux Mint 18.x, I just added this "Thermal Monitor" widget from the "Download New Widgets" option, and it is nice.
